Howard Jorgensen is the vice president of GE's locomotive division. Portrayed by Brian Stack, Jorgensen was introduced in the first season episode "Jack Meets Dennis." Jack Donaghy described him as "rising star in GE." Howard has two children and is married to a Filipino woman. He has also appeared in the season two and season three episodes Succession and Larry King.[1] In Succession, it is established Jorgensen is Jack's scapegoat.
